This qualification is designed for project managers, department heads, and other practising middle managers. Develop your skills and experience, improve your performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. There are a wide range of units that the apprentice can cater to their specific role in the workplace and cover specialist areas. Once enrolled the apprentice will be allocated an assessor that will support them throughout their qualification. The assessor will complete regular reviews to keep them on target and will support the apprentice in the collection of all evidence required. This can be gathered using different methods such as professional discussions, observations, witness statements and assignments.
