This qualification is ideal if you are having management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your management abilities. It is particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. There are a wide range of units that the apprentice can cater to their specific role in the workplace and cover specialist areas. Once enrolled the apprentice will be allocated an assessor that will support them throughout their qualification. The assessor will complete regular reviews to keep them on target and will support the apprentice in the collection of all evidence required. This can be gathered using different methods such as professional discussions, observations, witness statements and assignments.
