This online course is aimed at Salon owners/managers or future owners working in a salon but not necessarily holding a Hairdressing qualification. During this 12 weeks course you will learn how to implement management practices plan operational objectives and you will be introduced to marketing planning to improve product and service sales. This course will help you to evaluate your management style and further develop your team's working practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate through a Padlet Forum with other salon managers/owners to share good practice and reflect on your newly acquired knowledge. You will need to complete an assignment to successfully achieve this Level 4 Award.A personal statement will be required and approved by the course tutor before enrolment.
