This qualification is the practical element for those wishing to work in the health and fitness industry in the context of Aqua/waterbased exercise (prerequisite is the level 2 Fitness Instructor Theory qualification). The aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge understanding and skills to plan and instruct waterbased exercise sessions.
