This workshop provides you with a suitable introduction for those wishing to change career or move into employment in management or human resource management. This workshop is ideal for those in HR wishing to progress but do not have sufficient qualifications to undertake CIPD intermediate- or advance-level qualifications. You may be new to HR and/ or interested in a move into HR. You may be working in HR in a support role and wish to develop your knowledge and skills.
