Our HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering has been designed with employers for employers to get your career off to the best possible start. This vocational approach to higher education - applying academic learning within an industrial context - ensures you have the appropriate knowledge, skills and experience required for employment in this specialised field. We enjoy excellent relationships with employers such as EDF Energy, Westinghouse (Springfield Fuels Ltd), BAE Systems, Airbus, NIC, GEC and Ford Motor Company, where many past students are now employed as design, production, project or research and development engineers. Our BEng (Hons) Mechatronics Engineering is available for those wanting to acquire higher level skills.
