Interested in a career as an aeronautical engineer? This exciting course uniquely follows on from the BTEC Level 3 90 Credit Diploma in Engineering (with completed aeronautical units) to provide an extra year of teaching for those of you who wish to bolster your credentials by completing a two-year programme, equivalent to three A-Levels. This will improve your chances of employment, working as aeronautical engineers/technicians and/or progression to our HND programme and/or a university degree course. September 2016 saw the launch of our Advanced Technology Building which is a state of the art facility where students on this course will learn practical skills in a realistic working environment. The modules on this course have been developed through close links with our industrial partners to give students the best start to a successful career in aeronautical engineering. Upon completion of this course will be equipped with the skills and knowledge enabling you to provide twenty first century technological solutions to industrial situations and glimpse into what the future holds for aeronautical engineering.
