Software Engineering and Game Development - Foundation Degree (Lancaster University)

UPDATED 20161220 11:57:21

This highly vocational course was developed in response to an identified skills gap within the games industry, which has struggled to appoint adequately qualified programmers. Through close consultation with the industry, our programme team has crafted a curriculum that delivers the required specialist knowledge to make graduates significantly more employable. Our Foundation Degree will equip you for entry level programming positions in the games industry and provide enough transferable skills for entry to other programming roles, such as application development for software development companies. Students who progress to our BSc (Hons) top-up programme will be well placed to access higher level roles or even create their own start-up businesses.
