INTRODUCTION TO SPANISH COOKERY

This course is for any level of learners from the beginner cook to the more experienced. All learners should be able to handle kitchen equipment and appliances safely e.g. pans, knives, ovens. Learners should be familiar with common measures metric, imperial and should be able to follow verbal and written instructions and to take part in discussions and complete relevant paperwork. Learners should have good personal hygiene and be aware of kitchen safety.
