Course AimThis beginners' course is designed to introduce learners to the basic concepts of the internet and email.As a result of your learning you should be able to:• Load an Internet Browser• Use a search engine to locate information• Create a Favorites folder• Access a given website using favorites & by entering the web address• Navigate websites using forward, back and hyperlinks• Understand how to shop on-line• Set up an email account• Send, receive, cc, bcc, forward & delete emails• Create a Contacts/People list• Attach documents to your emailsFun and interesting practical exercises to be carried out on PCs in pairs/small groups and as an individual.
