Who is the course for: This course is for students whose first language is not English. Students must want to improve their basic education in English, humanities, mathematics and science and want to progress to mainstreamvocational courses or Pre-GCSE or GCSEs. Course Content: The course is made up of the following units: English language Humanities Mathematics/numeracy Science IT. This course can help students whose first language is not English to get into mainstream education. It will give a grounding in basic English, humanities, mathematics and science and can help students to bridge the educational gap to go on to study for higher level academic courses.
