You will be looking at economical ways of cooking and making food go further to meet a healthy sustainable diet. You will also use digital scales to measure quantities of ingredients and to adjust the quantities accordingly, based on the requirements of the recipe and the number of people you will be preparing it for. You will learn: How to cook healthy meals within a limited budget. How to use various herbs and spices to: enhance flavours of basic vegetables, and to explore different cooking techniques and cuisines.
