Leadership and Management Training for First Line Managers

The Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management are developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have responsibility for a specific area within an organisation. The course is designed to build upon and develop existing management experience. Candidates choose two units (from a broad range) to study and be assessed in to achieve the CMI Certificate in First Line Management.
