It would particularly benefit people wanting to improve their own lifestyles and those considering a career in the care sector. It covers the factors that influence health and well-being, and an understanding of what supports good well-being. It also includes an awareness of the common health issues that affect well-being such as mental health, stress, healthy lifestyles, alcohol awareness, and eating disorders, and provides sources of relevant help and information.
