This course is for anyone who is interested in the art of sugar paste modelling. It is also suitable for learners who already have modelling skills and wish to develop them.It aims to make more challenging flowers foliage and other decorations in sugar paste. The main areas covered:Learning outcomes are negotiable for learners on the course and may include:- Use of specific tools and associated cake decoration materials- Use of wires and fixing tools- Use of colours and mediums in sugar paste- Making sugar paste decorations by hand - Safe working practic
