These programmes build upon the past operational knowledge and experience of managers by focussing on the more strategic issues of management within an organisation. We offer students three types of qualifications in Strategic Management at this level; Award, Certificate and the Extended Diploma. For the Award, you will identify just one of the nine modules taught as part of the Extended Diploma. Modules include; Personal Development as a Strategic Manager, Strategic Information Management, Financial Planning, Strategic Human Resourcing Planning, Developing Performance Management Strategies, Reviewing Organisational Strategy Plans and Performance, Implementing Organisational Change Strategies and Developing a Marketing Strategy. From the Award, progression is then to the Certificate or Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership. Due to the nature of the modules taken, entry to this course is possible each month.
