This course will equip you with all the essential skills and aims to build your confidence in the kitchen. Learn how to cook traditional dishes like sticky toffee pudding as well as Christmas specials. The first week of the course will consist of a demonstration by the tutor, thereafter you will be required to bring along your own ingredients on a weekly basis, as advised by the tutor.
