Are you motivated by fitness and health? Can you see yourself becoming a personal trainer? Do you enjoy leading a team? Personal training provides the basis for a closer and more motivational relationship between the client and trainer and the opportunity to develop much more focused activities that can be frequently adapted to maximise the client's progress. As a personal trainer you will be required to work effectively with clients on a one-to-one basis; a role that requires personality, skills, knowledge and experience. Our Personal Trainer course gives you in-depth knowledge and skills across a wide range of topics on which to base your client sessions. Throughout this course you will examine such areas as: programme planning for clients, the benefits of nutrition and the role it plays in helping clients to success in reaching their weight and fitness goals and in order to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and how to continually assess clients progress to evaluate the effectiveness of your programme.
