Are you an avid follower of The Great British Bake Off? Always being accused of having an overactive sweet tooth? Or simply have a passion for baking? Then invest your time in our part-time Baking and Pastry course. This course is designed for anyone wanting to master how to make basic cakes and pastry dishes. The first week of the course will consist of a demonstration by the tutor, thereafter you will be required to bring along your own ingredients on a weekly basis, as advised by the tutor.
