ICT User Apprenticeship at Level 2

The course is designed for any ICT User who can make use of predefined or commonly used IT tools for activities that are at times non routine or unfamiliar. Users will be able to devise solutions to use IT tools to improve productivity. The user can be working in any job role as long as they use a variety of ICT systems consistently. This course covers selective use of IT, operate a computer, IT trouble shooting for users, IT maintenance for users, IT security for users, artwork and imaging software, internet and intranets, email, word processing software, spreadsheet software, database software, presentation software, using IT systems and using IT to exchange information.
