This Level 2 in Applied Science course is appropriate for students wishing to pursue a career in any of the Science industries and for those who wish to go onto further study by completing the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Science, and then onto study Science at university. The course lasts for one year and the Diploma is equivalent to four GCSEs in Science, but without the exams.
