This qualification aims to develop learners understanding of the skills and qualities needed to work in a uniformed service role.The course is practical based with an emphasis on physical fitness and outdoor activities.The course will give learners an understanding of the uniformed services sector and the opportunity to investigate career opportunities and the ability to prepare for a recruitment interview, specifically focussing on recruitment in to the Army, Navy and Royal Airforce. The College is working in partnership with the local reserve recruitment team to provide students with the knowledge required to be successful in the uniformed service.
