The Apprenticeship offers a combination of qualifications that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to work with a variety of young people across the sector. Workers in this area make sure young people are engaged with activities, kept safe and are aware of issues in the society. They also help individuals to develop social and practical skills. This apprenticeship will give a fulfilling opportunity to work with young people and vulnerable young adults while also gaining an understanding into the hows and whys of their circumstances and situations.You must also be willing to undergo disclosure and barring service checks (this is needed as apprentices are likely to work with children, young people or vulnerable adults). Be flexible as there may be a requirement to work shifts. Programme Levels Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 Certificate in Youth Work Practice Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice You will also undertake Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
