A practical, interactive course for adults considering work in the customer service and retail sector. Learners will explore different types of jobs in the sector; identify the skills required and their own transferable skills; and find out about local employment opportunities and progression routes. Learners will gain an insight into working in the sector, including how to provide a high standard of customer service, to help them apply for work in the sector with confidence.
