A course targeted at adults who find it difficult to sell themselves and showcase their strengths when applying for jobs. It gives learners practical advice on how to present their skills, knowledge and experience to meet the requirements of the position. It will focus on guiding learners through the application process, writing personal statements, tackling online and difficult application forms, tailoring their CVs and writing covering letters and emails to support their application.
