This course develops the attitudes and behaviours that employers are seeking, whilst giving learners new skills and experiences to build their CV. 1:1 coaching and mentoring is provided throughout. The course consists of 4 core areas: Team building; Motivational speakers; Industry based visits, speakers and/or networking; Social interaction. The course is not classroom based, but uses a combination of experiential learning that takes the learner out into the field to develop their skills.
