IT: ITQ & ECDL (3/4/17)

The course will run for 10 consecutive days from 9.30am - 4.00 pm (30 mins for lunch). Assessments are taken when learners have completed each individual unit. They are timed and completed on-line with immediate results. You will use Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010 This course is free if you are looking for work and in receipt of a state benefit (including National Insurance credits only). What will I learn? Course Content - Level 1 (iTQ) Word Processing Spreadsheets with Graphs Presentation Course Content - Level 2 (ECDL) Learners must have achieved IT Level 1 or equivalent before enrolling on this course. Level 2 includes all the above units (in level 1) but with more in-depth knowledge and skills of each unit. There is also one extra unit - Improving Productivity Using IT. (This is a scenario based assessment and demonstrates that the learner can apply their relevant skills and knowledge to develop a specified outcome) Where will this course be held? Initially, all learners must book an interview 0161 253 5772 to assess whether the course is suitable for them. You will need to have a good understanding of the English language and if you are an ESOL learner must have at least a Level 1 qualification.
