Pathway to Independence

During this course we aim to set and meet individual SMART targets, with the purpose of improving your independence skills. We will practise your literacy and numeracy skills. We will also brush up on your computer skills and learn about keeping fit and healthy. There will be opportunities to practice your skills for independence in the new training flat. Practising our communication and social skills will also be a main focus of this course.
