This is the ultimate post-A level course for progression to studying an art and design subject at Higher Education level. The course is diagnostic, and will support you in your transition from general education to specialist art and design education, enabling you to make an informed decision when applying to art and design in Higher Education, or seeking employment within a related industry. The course is designed to encourage you to explore, experiment and take risks in practical sessions as well as gaining theoretical knowledge through critical and conceptual studies. You will learn through project briefs, assignments, presentations and group critiques which will enable you to develop strong communication skills and support your progression to specialist art and design higher education.
