As a follow on course from the Photoshop Step 1, this course covers techniques such as adjustment layers and the use of selection and masking tools, allowing you to work on parts of an image such as lightening just the foreground. The course will include sufficient practical exercises to consolidate these skills, as well as introducing simple compositing and retouching You will have completed a Step 1 course (or equivalent) and have a basic knowledge of the subject. After completing Step 2, you will have gained some basic knowledge to enable you to continue your learning at Step 3.Other courses at the next level may be offered by Skills & Learning or other local providers.
