The Level 2 Apprenticeship Diploma in Team Leading is aimed at staff members who are already team leaders. The apprenticeship will equip participants with the knowledge, skills and understanding required for leading a team. Skills include managing team performance, encouraging innovation, managing conflict, delivery of presentations and reporting to management.
