You'll learn all the necessary skills to progress onto our Level 3 programme. You will cover a variety of aspects relating to the Early Years curriculum, child development and the importance of play in learning. Alongside this you will undertake a ready to work unit, including a finance unit, to add to your employability skills. You can look forward to work placements one full day a week in our on-site nursery or with another local child care provider allocated by the work placement officer. This Study Programme will include English and Maths at an appropriate level, and it will support the development of skills towards employability and suitability to progress onto the next level of study.
