You'll learn through a one day a week job readiness Study Programme and up to four days in a chosen work placement with a job coach. You will learn employment skills including Office Work, Domestic Care, Catering Assistant, Retail Assistant, Leisure Services, Horticulture and more. You will also study work ready skills, interview techniques, communication skills and team building. You can look forward to growing in confidence, building your self-esteem and developing your existing skills and learning new ones - whilst gaining valuable work experience.
