The CAM course is designed to meet the needs of local companies and individuals, and provides an introduction to CAM principles and machine strategies, operation planning for manufacture, part programming and CAD/CAM software operation.You will already have a sound working knowledge of machine shop practice and be familiar with milling theory or will have achieved similar City and Guilds at Level 2 or equivalent.These courses are offered as a Gloucestershire College certificated short course. You will attend for 3 hours on 1 evening over 12 weeks.
