This is a one-year, Higher Education course focusing on both the practical use of recording equipment and recording theory. The course will help students with previous experience to develop their recording skills for a variety of industries and help them to prepare for freelance employment and/or continuing education at higher levels.Applicants will be asked to apply through UCAS and to provide a satisfactory reference and a tariff of 160 UCAS points from within the main programme area of study. All applicants will be interviewed.Any of the following are acceptable:BTEC National or Extended Diploma Access to HEA Levels (dependent on subjects) Mature applicants will also be considered on the basis of prior experience and qualificationsYou may be asked to bring a portfolio of your work with you to the interview. Students may also be asked to produce work for a brief set by the teaching team
