Level 3 Computer Aided Design - Parametric - Part-time-This course is aimed at students who wish to become technically qualified in Computer Aided Drawing (CAD). The course runs on a part time basis for 29 weeks, on a Thursday evening from between 6.00pm and 9.00pm, although some of the programmes have a later start at 7.00pm. You will work at your own pace through a set programme on a computer with a 2015 licensed version of CAD already installed. An instruction booklet (to keep) can be purchased for an extra cost of £12.50, this will help to guide you through some of the more difficult tasks. There is no formal entry level qualification; however a good appreciation of operating a PC is expected. Some students will already be practising and working as CAD technicians and wish to develop their existing CAD skills or alternatively be working to become technically qualified. -30 weeks (Oct-May)-Additional Information
