What do we mean by a 'business'? What are managers? What is leadership? And how are decisions made? On this course you'll examine the process and role of decision making, which is all designed to improve performance of the marketing, operational, financial, and human resource functions of a business. Then onto the strategic position of a business, and ways of choosing a strategic direction and finally how all these are implemented, managed and controlled.
