Lets Get Baking

This course will enhance and improve your basic cooking skills. In an informal and friendly environment learners will learn to bake a variety of breads, both traditional and from around the world. You will also have the opportunity of using some kitchen equipment, health & safety and food hygiene will be reinforced throughout the course.
