To learn a simple warm up and limbering routine that can be applied every day at home to improve posture and flexibility. To learn the basic steps of a variety of dance styles, using different music timings and rhythms. A chance to make new friends and have some fun. This course is suitable for all levels of ability, but is essential that any health problems are discussed with the Tutor at the start of the course. Each lesson will start with "warm up/limbering" routines to prepare the body for dance and finish with a cool down routine. Students will be encouraged to try all styles of dance. If any style is not favoured by the majority of the class it may not be repeated. You are expected to be punctual and attend 100% of this course.
