ESOL JCP EG H

These courses are for students who have been identified by the JCP as having ESOL needs. The courses are short, intensive courses 12.5 hours a week for 12 weeks. They are only for students who are referred by the JCP. Students will study all language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening, maths and the language of maths and IT, and employability skills. There is a very strong emphasis on employability skills and this topic is reflected throughout all language work on the course.
