The NCFE Level 3 in Uniformed Services has been designed for young people who have an interest in working in the Uniformed Public Services. This course will be taught in a largely practical environment with an opportunity to develop skills in leadership, self-awareness, communication, planning, teamwork and confidence. The course is delivered by experienced Uniformed Public Service personnel who commit first-hand experience to delivering current and up to date information. Numerous employer links are made available throughout. Student visits and guest speakers are also a large component of this programme. Key curriculum areas include; * Preparing for Employment * Management of Major Incidents * Legal issues in Public Services * Leadership * Physical intervention & Self Defence * Outdoor & Adventurous Activities * Physical Fitness Preparation Students will also be given the opportunity to complete the HABC Stewarding Award and/or SIA L2 Security qualification alongside this course - ensuring you are employment ready!
