Each lesson you will learn how to cook a traditional dish from around the world, using different cooking methods and finding that delicate balance of herbs, spices and flavours. Each week you will take home tasty meals and recipes that will wow your diner guests. Our journey of culinary discovery will start in Morocco and end in the Caribbean, with stopovers in India, Thailand, Malaysia and Peru.
