The course will provide the chance to write personal stories about Merseyside. We will look at places that have mattered to students and to other people. These places might not be well known but have mattered to you for your own reasons. It can be venues that you went to, meeting points or unusual features that you have always linked to parts of your life. Anything that has an importance to you. The course will look at ways to research social and cultural history as well as encourage students to write creatively about their own experiences and those of others. We will also explore ways to present these stories and how we can use imagery along with the stories.
