Are you currently experiencing high levels of stress? Do you find it difficult to 'switch off'? Do you help or support people who find it difficult to mange stressful situations? Stress can affect us all in different ways and in most cases it gives us some drive to enhance motivation and performance. It can occur every day and has become an ingrained part of life. But when stress becomes overwhelming and unmanageable it can have a damaging impact. This course will provide an understanding of the physical and psychological effects of stress and explore simple techniques to manage and reduce stress to promote positive wellbeing and overcome unhelpful thinking patterns
