To provide an opportunity to improve literacy skills. The course will allow students the opportunity to brush up their existing skills at their own level. It aims to develop the reading writing speaking and listening skills of students linked with activities within the wider community - this may include visits to The Word, museums, theatre attend book readings watch film and creative writing.
