You will identify points of reference from your own experiences where you feel confident and assertive and also not as much confident at different times by exploring your inner/emotional world with the support of the course tutor. You will also have a chance to safely practise and develop some of the effective personal development techniques to improve your response to the events and people around you in a more positive and balanced way by applying assertiveness skills. Increasing self-awareness and identifying methods for self-development both emotionally and professionally will also be fundamental aspects of the course.
