History (Pre-U)

UPDATED 20161125 15:22:43

The Cambridge Pre-U is a challenging, well-respected qualification for students interested in learning about the past and developing their analyitical, research and written communication skills. The Pre-U is an A Level Equivalent which we began to offer alongside the traditional A Level in 2009. The course is equally as accessible as the traditional A Level, but with the capacity to achieve beyond an A*. The course is widely recognised as a rigorous, well-taught and worthwhile qualification. The Pre-U is a 2 year linear course which students cannot drop at the end of Year 12, as all examinations take place at the end of Year 13. Therefore students should be sure of their commitment to the subject before embarking on the Pre-U.
