Name: IT Technical Salesperson Qualification title: Generic code to identify ILR programme aims Qualification type: Assessment The qualification is a mixture of 121 coaching & mentoring, soft skills and specialist technical training workshops and e-learning content. Functional Skills support will also be provided in English, maths and ICT if required.
