Parent and baby yoga

In this 3 week course you and your baby (3-8months) will bond in a relaxed and calm environment. You will spend 2 hours exploring breathing techniques that calm and relax both baby and adult and yoga poses to strengthen core muscles. You will use a variety of materials including colourful material, bubbles and texture to fascinate and engage your baby in the wider environment and strengthen your relationship. Adults attending with baby can be a parent, grandparent or a carer.

All resources, materials, tools and equipment will be provided. You will need to bring a pen, pencil and a writing pad. Course fee £6 payable at the point of enrolment.
