A project-based course that gives you the confidence to build exciting, fun and complicated cakes. Through a series of exercises you will learn how to construct a tiered cake, shape and form cakes, understand the importance of using the correct equipment. Learn how to use your ingredients effectively and manage your time to get the best results.
